These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Vault, operated by Qrit Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or purchasing from Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Vault provides a collection of digital resources including templates, AI prompts, and guides designed to assist job seekers. Access is granted upon a one-time payment of ₹499 (INR) and is tied to the phone number used during purchase.

2. One-Time Payment & Access

• Payment of ₹499 grants lifetime access to all files available in the Vault at the time of purchase and any future files added.
• Access is non-transferable and linked to your verified phone number.
• You must complete OTP verification with the same phone number used during payment to access the Vault.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed and access is granted, no refunds will be issued. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at projectshift.app@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within Vault — including templates, guides, prompts, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Qrit Technologies Pvt Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own job search purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the Vault or its contents.
• Reproduce or publish the materials publicly without written permission.
• Use the content for commercial purposes beyond personal use.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass, hack, or exploit the Service in any way.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials in Vault are provided "as is" for informational and personal use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement or salary increases. Results depend entirely on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrit Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or its content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
